Finding a place to rent in Bristol can often be a bit of a nightmare, but I had the most positive experience ever with Debra Barton. From my first point of contact Debra was incredibly proactive - she called me back after an initial email and within a few days I was able to secure a perfect space close to work where I could also have my dog. Debra goes over and above, consistently communicates, and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly. Updating this review a year later to share how brilliant my experience has been while renting with Chappell and Matthews. Any repairs reported were dealt with swiftly - a massive thanks to Kate Reed.
